The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) is a membership association working to promote the responsible development of travel and tourism in the Asia Pacific region.
The Indian Posts and Telegraphs Department issued a special postage stamp to commemorate the 27th Conference of the Pacific Area Travel Association. The stamp depicts a tourist couple in a shikara on Dal lake.
