The Indian Navy hosted the International Fleet review in Mumbai, India from 15-19 February 2001. The theme “Bridges of Friendship” was aimed at bringing men-of-war together in a gesture of peace and good will. Over 70 ships and submarines from more than 20 nations participated in the event which included maritime seminars, speeches, parades and review by the President of India, his Excellency Shri KR Narayan.
