Jawaharlal Nehru - First Death Anniversary 1965

This stamp issue is in commemoration of the First Death Anniversary of Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. The stamp features a burning torch and a rose.  Nehru liked roses and always wore a red rose on his coat.
