Kalidasa Overprint 2.2.1963
The stamp was issued in 1960 (see my post dated 15.9.2014) to honour Kalidasa a 5th Century poet and dramatist. The stamp was overprinted and reissued on 2.2.1963 with a new value of Re.1. This was done due to change in overseas postal rates
